NCIOM Task Force on Prevention
The overarching goal of the NCIOM Task Force on Prevention was to
develop a North Carolina Prevention Action Plan to help guide
the Division of Public Health and community organizations in
prioritizing their prevention efforts. The Plan may also be used
to help guide foundation grant making and new legislative
funding. The final report was released at the NC Prevention Summit on October 8, 2009. The
full report is available for download, although the size of the
final report may make individual chapters and appendices
more convenient. A 16 page Issue Brief is also available.
