Thalia S. Fuller
Administrative Assistant

Ms. Fuller is the Executive Administrative Assistant at the North Carolina Institute of Medicine (NCIOM). Ms. Fuller provides the clerical services and logistical support required for NCIOM task force efforts, including the preparation of materials for distribution at all task force and workgroup meetings. Prior to joining the NCIOM, Ms. Fuller was a Network Development Specialist for Doctors Health Plan, Inc., where she credentialed healthcare professionals and institutions seeking to affiliate with the Plan. Ms. Fuller also served as a Program Manager for the Caring Program for Children of North Carolina, which provided health insurance for uninsured children in North Carolina. Ms. Fuller received her undergraduate degree from Wellesley College, where she majored in Political Science and Africana Studies.
