Adrienne R. Parker Director of Adminstrative Operations Business Manager, North Carolina Medical Journal Ms. Parker is the Director of Administrative Operations for the North Carolina Institute of Medicine (NCIOM). She has over 30 years of business experience and currently oversees the financial, administrative, and operational responsibilities of the NCIOM and its task forces. Ms. Parker also serves as the Business and Advertising Manager of the North Carolina Medical Journal (NCMJ). In that role, she is responsible for the financial oversight of the NCMJ, a bi-monthly journal of health policy analysis and debate for all health professions in the state, with a circulation of over 32,000 per issue. Prior to joining the NCIOM, Ms. Parker worked in hospital administration in North Carolina and Connecticut as well as holding positions with Fortune 500 corporations in New York and Florida.
