Phyllis Blackwell

Phyllis Blackwell copyedits and proofreads content in the print and electronic editions of the NCMJ and manages advertising accounts and reader services. She also copyedits NCIOM task force reports.

Ms. Blackwell attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. For 16 years, she taught English and journalism in North Carolina public schools.
